This strategic move will strengthen Evora’s capabilities in cloud-based enterprise solutions and enhance its ability to deliver end-to-end digital transformation services to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) worldwide.
The acquisition will offer several advantages to Evora’s customers while placing them at the forefront of Cloud ERP technology. It will enable faster adoption of SAP Business Suite including SAP Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud, allow seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, and offer enhanced scalability. The SAP Business Suite is a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering that encompasses much more than just enterprise resource planning (ERP). As IT spending priorities are increasingly shifting towards digital transformation and cloud adoption, there has been a corresponding increase in the growth of the cloud ERP solutions market which grew at a CAGR of 18.4% for 2024-28.
The global market opportunity for 2025 is pegged at € 111.8 billion (18.4% CAGR) with cloud subscription expected to represent 77% of total ERP spend by 2028. This signals considerable potential and opportunities for Evora in the cloud-based enterprise solutions space.
