With this acquisition, the Evora Group strengthens its ability to provide end-to-end consulting and deliver complex IT landscapes holistically—particularly where SAP core systems interact with cloud and platform services to enable modern, integrated processes.
The market is increasingly demanding integrated, end-to-end IT landscapes: many companies operate SAP as their operational backbone and complement it with Microsoft Azure and other services to accelerate processes, improve data availability, and build scalable operations. It is precisely at this intersection that the Evora Group is expanding its service portfolio with Allgeier (Schweiz) AG—covering everything from architecture and integration to operations.
Allgeier (Schweiz) AG remains a standalone business unit within the Evora Group. The team will continue to operate under its existing company name for the time being. It continues to be led by Sebastian Bloch, who manages the unit with his proven expertise and execution strength in the Swiss IT market. Allgeier (Schweiz) AG employs around 60 people, focusing on the Swiss market as well as selected activities in the German market.
