Architecture & Integration

Connect fragmented landscapes into end-to-end processes

You are accountable for processes that have to cross a dozen systems and still finish. We bring architecture governance and proven integration patterns so data flows once and processes complete end to end, across SAP, Microsoft and everything in between. And we stay to run the integrations, not just build them.

The challenge

Why do end-to-end processes break across systems?

Every system holds part of the truth and none holds all of it. Point-to-point connections multiply until nobody can map them. A process that looks whole on paper hands off, re-keys and stalls at the system boundaries. Each new integration adds complexity instead of removing it.

The result: What you are left with is brittle interfaces, duplicated data, and end-to-end processes no single team can see or own.

How Evora delivers

From architecture to
run-ready operations

1

Advise: Ideation & business processes
We map the end-to-end processes that matter, the systems they cross, and the target architecture, then set integration standards and governance before any interface is built.

2

Execute: Implementation
We build to proven integration patterns across SAP and Microsoft (Azure integration), replacing brittle point-to-point links with governed, reusable connections and clean data flow.

3

Stay: Run-ready operations
We monitor the integrations in operation, catch failures before the business feels them, and keep the architecture coherent as the landscape changes.

What we do

We design the architecture that decides how your systems connect: which patterns to use, where data is mastered, how events flow, and how new systems plug in. Instead of every integration being a fresh invention, your teams get a small set of proven, reusable patterns. That is what stops the landscape sprawling into something nobody can map, and what makes each future connection cheaper and safer than the last, rather than another piece of fragile, one-off plumbing.

We design how data and events actually move between systems, so a fact is captured once and flows everywhere it is needed without re-keying. APIs and events are built to be reused, versioned and monitored, not bolted on per project. The payoff is consistency: the customer, the order, the asset mean the same thing in every system, which removes a whole class of reconciliation work and the errors that come from systems quietly disagreeing.

We put the governance in place that keeps an integration landscape coherent over time: standards for patterns and data, ownership for each interface, and control over how change is made. Without it, every project adds another bespoke connection and the estate slowly becomes unmaintainable. With it, complexity falls as the landscape grows, because new work follows the standard instead of going around it, and you always know who owns and can safely change each link.

We connect the world you have to the world you are moving to, so legacy systems, SAP and Microsoft work as one while you modernize at your own pace. You do not have to rip everything out to get end-to-end flow. We build the bridges deliberately and governed, so the transitional state is stable rather than a tangle of temporary hacks, and so each system can be modernized or retired later without breaking the processes that depend on it.

We make the processes that span several systems actually complete across them: order to cash, procure to pay, service to asset, whatever crosses your boundaries. The handoffs between systems are designed, not left to chance, so the process does not stall where one system ends and the next begins. You get business processes that finish reliably end to end, with status visible the whole way, instead of work that disappears into the gap between two applications.

We stay and operate the integrations, watching them in production so a failed interface is caught and fixed before the business feels it. Integrations are where silent failures hurt most, an order that never arrived, a record that never synced, and they are usually noticed too late. We monitor, alert and resolve as part of run, so the connective tissue of your landscape is actively maintained rather than assumed to be working until something visibly breaks.

FAQ

Questions enterprise leaders ask before they commit.

Making processes work end to end across systems that were not designed to work together, through architecture and reusable integration patterns rather than one-off connections.
The standards and decisions that keep an integration landscape coherent: which patterns to use, how data flows, who owns each interface, and how change is controlled.
They multiply. Each new connection adds complexity and fragility until nobody can map the landscape or change it safely.
SAP and Microsoft landscapes (including Azure integration) and the surrounding systems an end-to-end process has to cross.
Governed, reusable patterns replace bespoke links, and data flows once. The landscape gets simpler to operate as it grows, not harder.
We stay. We stabilize, monitor reliability KPIs, and keep improving; across the group, post-go-live support averages about 18 months.
