Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Power Platform projects end-to-end
Relevant Microsoft certifications expected at this level (e.g., PL-400, PL-200, or equivalent)
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural, client-facing setup

What You Bring

Design and develop Power Platform solutions based on functional specifications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client business needs
Own solution architecture decisions end-to-end, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs
Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and handover materials
Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery ceremonies, collaborating closely with cross-functional and cross-geography teams
Support, coach, and mentor a junior Power Platform developer on the India team, helping build technical depth within the wider team
Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
