The setup uses SAP Service and Asset Manager for mobile maintenance execution. EvoPlan supports dispatch, EvoTime supports time approval and EvoResource supports resource management.
Maintenance activities start with SAP notifications. These notifications can be created for faults, conversions, maintenance work and vehicle repairs.
Employees receive orders on their mobile devices. Fault related work can be assigned through pool logic and push service, while other tasks are managed through dispatch.
