Who we work with

Digitized maintenance for casset performance and reliability

Across industries, a well-managed asset strategy improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making, and it reduces downtime, unplanned cost, and risk. With more than 15 years of SAP asset management experience, we connect your people and your data from the back office to the plant and the field.

Operations that keep running: fewer breakdowns, planned and effective scheduling, and technicians who
arrive at the asset with everything they need.

Operational performance and cost control: predictable maintenance spend, systems and facilities that are
available when needed, and a team that works proactively instead of reactively.

A clean, supportable SAP implementation that keeps upgrades simple and the core upgrade-safe.

Standardize service, maintenance, and day-to-day execution so performance scales across teams and regions.

Why now

The backlog grows faster
than the team.

Four forces are hitting maintenance organizations at once.

1

Reactive work eats the budget

Emergency callouts consume the budget and the hours that should fund prevention. The more you firefight, the less you prevent, and that cycle does not correct itself.

2

SAP S/4HANA is where innovation lands

SAP delivers its asset management innovation in SAP S/4HANA, and mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC ends in December 2027, with paid extensions beyond. Planning early keeps the move on your terms. (Source: SAP, 2025)

3

The target is autonomous. The reality is manual.

AI and autonomous asset management are on every board agenda. On the ground, the reality is limited visibility, incomplete digital processes, disconnected systems, and siloed operations. The foundation has to come first.

4

Experience is retiring

Technician knowledge of assets, failure modes, and workarounds has to move into systems, strategies, and checklists before it walks out the door.

Demands on maintenance increase while resources stay the same. Our Asset & Maintenance team closes that gap where it costs the most: in maintenance.

How we deliver

Clear goals. Agile delivery.
Support on your terms.

We deliver with SAP Activate: iterative builds, a target picture and success criteria agreed up front, and support after go-live for as long as you want it.

Advise

We agree the target picture and the success criteria up front: downtime, cost, and schedule compliance.

Execute

We implement with SAP Activate: iterative builds, working increments, and no big-bang risk.

Run

We provide hypercare and support after go-live, on your terms. You run the solution; we have your back.

Improve

If and when you want it, we continue with continuous improvement, from hypercare to multi-year application management services (AMS).

Why SAP Asset & Maintenance

We are accountable for the outcome. The target picture and the success criteria are agreed up front, not just a go-live date, and one partner owns the result from strategy through run.

Our relationship with SAP

Built on SAP,
since day one.

SAP is built into our DNA. We have delivered SAP-based asset management, mobility, and scheduling solutions since 2011, and we are an SAP Gold Partner.
EvoSuite, our own apps for the mobile maintenance lifecycle, is SAP-certified and built on SAP Fiori / UI5.
We deliver with SAP Activate and build to clean core principles: an upgrade-safe core, with enhancements that survive every release instead of blocking it.

We Work with

What we do

SAP asset management services, from strategy to run.

You can take the eleven services one at a time or run them as a single program. Start where the business impact is greatest. One team is accountable from strategy through run.

Operating model

The full maintenance work cycle, covered end to end on SAP.

SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) notifications

1. Identify / Initiate

You detect a defect or log a new work requirement.

SAP PM work orders

2. Plan

You determine the steps, parts, and safety instructions needed.

SAP Field Service and Asset Management (FSA), EvoPlan

3. Schedule

You assign the right people and the right time slot.

SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), FSA mobile

4. Execute

The field team completes the physical work, online or offline.

Review dashboards, EvoTime

5. Control / Close

You review the completed work order and confirm it meets standards.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP APM

6. Analyze

You use past data to improve future maintenance and asset reliability.

Our products

EvoSuite: our own SAP-certified apps.

EvoSuite brings five core apps to the mobile maintenance lifecycle. They are built on SAP Fiori / UI5, certified by SAP, and delivered and maintained by the team that implements them.

EvoEquipment shows equipment data and maintenance history at the asset.

EvoNotify creates, manages, and reviews notifications where the work happens.

EvoTime reviews and approves time entries, without the paperwork.

EvoOrder creates, manages, and reviews work orders, simplified for the field.

EvoPlan handles scheduling and dispatch with drag and drop, a Gantt view, and live status.

Case Studies

Enterprise proof, across industries.

Every case shows the challenge, the Evora approach, and a measurable outcome defined before we started.

Proof

What our customers say about the work.

“Evora is not only supporting us in a technical perspective, but they are also challenging us in a business perspective, which is critical in this topic.”

FAQ

Questions we get from
maintenance and SAP teams

SAP EAM runs the maintenance work cycle: notifications, work orders, planning, scheduling, and execution.
SAP APM sits above that cycle and decides which work is worth doing, based on asset strategy, risk and
criticality scores, failure modes, and health indicators. Most operators start with SAP EAM and add SAP
APM once master data is reliable enough to trust a model.

SAP PM is still there. In SAP S/4HANA it is delivered as SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, with the same
core objects: functional locations, equipment master, maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, and
maintenance plans. The data model carries over. What changes is the user experience, which moves to SAP
Fiori, and reporting, which moves to embedded analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud.

A brownfield conversion keeps your functional location hierarchy, equipment master, and maintenance
history intact. Custom PM transactions and Z-reports are the real work: each one is classified as keep,
rebuild on released APIs, or retire, before a migration date is set. Timelines follow the number of plants and
the state of your master data, not the technical conversion.

SAP SSAM is built for plant maintenance: the technician receives the work order, sees the asset history,
records time and materials, and closes the order online or fully offline. SAP FSA is built for customer-facing
field work: scheduling, dispatch, and mobile execution at the customer site. Asset-intensive companies that
also service customer equipment run both, on one SAP foundation.

Yes. Offline capability is the point of mobile work execution: the technician has the full work order in hand, on
a mobile device that works offline. Notifications, time confirmations, material consumption, and measuring
documents are captured at the asset and synchronized when the device reconnects. There is no paper and
no re-keying, and the technician gets more wrench time.

Clean core means enhancements are built with released APIs and key user extensibility, or side by side on
SAP BTP, instead of modifying the standard. The result is an upgrade-safe core: enhancements survive
every release instead of blocking it. We classify every existing modification before any migration date is set.

Ask four questions. How many SAP asset management go-lives has the team delivered? Do the same
people stay involved through run, or does the project hand over? Are the products certified by SAP? And
which of the six phases of the maintenance work cycle does the partner actually cover? Evora Group has
delivered 900+ go-lives, and EvoSuite is SAP-certified.

No. The eleven services can be taken one at a time or run as a single program. Most operations start where
the business impact is greatest: asset criticality and the maintenance standard first, then planning and
scheduling, then mobile execution. One team is accountable from strategy through run, so the sequence can
change without changing the partner.

We work in utilities, pharma and chemicals, manufacturing, public services, healthcare and life sciences, and
oil and gas. On the SAP side, we work with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, SAP PM, SAP APM, SAP
SSAM, SAP FSA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, and SAP Fiori / UI5, plus EvoSuite, our own SAP-certified
apps for the mobile maintenance lifecycle.
