What is SAP Integration Suite?

SAP Integration Suite is a single platform for all integrations, whether the systems involved are SAP or not. It connects SAP systems such as S/4HANA, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SuccessFactors, and Ariba, as well as non-SAP platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Hubspot. It comes with more than 3,800 prebuilt integration flows and more than 200 predefined connectors, and it supports hybrid or fully on-premise deployment through the Edge Integration Cell as a local runtime.

What problem does this actually solve?

Point-to-point integration, where SAP ERP connects directly to CRM, CRM connects directly to the warehouse system, and the warehouse connects directly to logistics, means every new system needs its own custom connection. One change can break multiple interfaces, and there is no central monitoring or governance.
